Unlocking Manufacturing Performance

Aligning engineering and operations through practical, real-world experience

Most manufacturers aren’t lacking effort - they’re losing performance through misalignment

Fix the Root Causes of Downtime — Not Just the Symptoms

Misaligned engineering and operations drive instability and lost performance. Without scalable structure, profitability suffers and opportunities are missed. Real improvement comes from aligning teams, embedding standards, and upskilling people to grow with the operation.

FourSix is built on hands-on experience in manufacturing environments — not theory. The focus is on practical, structured improvement that delivers results on the floor, not just in reports. By working alongside teams, aligning engineering and operations, and embedding sustainable ways of working, performance improvements are real, measurable, and lasting.

Built from real-world experience

Hi, I’m Dan

A manufacturing and operations specialist focused on improving performance through engineering and operational alignment.

With a background across engineering and operational leadership roles, I’ve spent my career working within manufacturing environments — not observing from the outside. That experience across both areas shapes a practical, structured approach to improving performance, stability, and reliability on the shop floor.

Today, I work directly with manufacturers to support progression from reactive ways of working, embedding structure that lasts and building capability within teams to support sustainable growth.

How we work together

Support is delivered through a structured, hands-on approach — focused on diagnosing, designing, and embedding lasting improvement

DIAGNOSE

Using our OMMD™ framework, we assess the key areas driving operational and maintenance performance — identifying where value is being lost and where improvement will have the greatest impact.

DESIGN

From this, a practical roadmap is developed — focused on aligning engineering and operations, prioritising effort, and building the structure needed to support stability and scale.

DELIVER

Improvements are delivered hands-on, working alongside your teams to embed change, upskill capability, and create ways of working that last beyond initial support.

The focus isn’t short-term fixes — but building the structure, alignment, and capability needed to sustain performance long term.
